The Malcom Company portable Plastic Welding Kit, with the Weldy Plus Hot Air Tool, provides all that is needed for the repair and fabrication of thermoplastics. More and more "things" are made out of thermoplastics today then ever before; including vehicle body parts, interior vehicle components, boats, PVC plastic pipes and fences, plastic wood, tanks, trash receptacles and liners. Most all motorcycles, ATV's, and personal watercarft. Vehicle components can easily crack or break in crashes and can be repaired with our plastic welding kit.
Rather then repair these parts with fiberglass or epoxy (these type of repairs do not last long and look poor), and rather then replacement (can be expensive); the broken parts can be welded using a temperature controlled heat gun with a plastic welding nozzle attachment and special welding rod made to match the body part.
Malcom Company plastic welding kit includes all that is needed to perform these repairs, including detailed instructions on how to weld.
