MOTORCYCLE / ATV PLASTIC REPAIRS WITH HOT AIR TOOLS
Most all motorcycles and ATV’s have thermoplastic body parts. These parts can easily crack or break in crashes. Rather then repair these parts with fiberglass or epoxy (these type of repairs do not last long and look poor), and rather then replacement (can be expensive); the broken parts can be welded using a temperature controlled heat gun with a plastic welding nozzle attachment and special welding rod made to match the body part.
The Malcom Company motorcycle & ATV plastic repair kit includes all that is needed to perform these repairs, including detailed instructions on how to weld.
This kit is intended for personal use. For professional use where the tool will be used for a few hours every day, this is not the kit for you, please refer to our PWK11 Plastic Welding kit.

- Weldy Pro 1400 watt heat Gun
- 5 mm round welding nozzle
- 2 pound of assorted welding rod, includes approx 30 feet of each of the following plastics, PP, ABS, PC, PVC, LDPE, HDPE
